Phone Registration History

The phone registration history is a feature which should show you to which time which phone types was registred to your cucm cluster. You can see in which time slots your jabber devices will register, when maybe some major drops of registrations happend and so on.

Setup Phone Registration timers

Depending of your device count in your system, there could be much or less registration data. Because of this you can decide how much date you want to keep from the registration history.

You can setup this in your CUCM Connection Setting.

At first you can setup in which interval EasyUC should ask your cluster about current registration status of all devices. In this case its set to 15 minutes. Then you can setup, how many days easyuc should keep these data, in this case 7 days. That means EasyUC will create 96 Status per Device (each 15 minutes are 96 per day) and these 7 times.

After day number 7, easyuc will drop from 96 entrys a day to just one entry. If there is at least one registration status of these 96 entrys marked as registered, then the one entry will be registered. If  all 96 was not registered, then the one will be also not registered.

The third mean (3 month) that we keep the last 3 month of registration history. Data older than this will be deleted.
