Create Location – Normal Mode

If you use the location linking based on the telephone number then there could be some challenges. That means, the number format need to be matched between the value which is in the telephone number field and the format from the directory number.

Some examples:

Right Digit Add Prefix

+494089561411 is in the telefphone number field

771411 is used as directory number. So with a 77 as prefix.

In the Location Setup it need to be configured like this:
